This posting is very late being posted and not really complete BUT posting now because getting behind.  We have just completed two long days.  Want to get to them so now going to publish this uncompleted posting.

For the past four days we have spent cruising from the Arabian Sea to the Gulf of Eden and then the Red Sea

Many of the countries passed by we have not sighted with no signs of land for the duration of these days.
There was a medical emergency on day two of the past four days with someone with internal bleeding and calls made for a passenger with blood group of O Rh - to contribute blood.
The patient was off loaded at sea by Saudi Arabian coast guard at about 1.30 a.m. on Monday.

Days at sea are particularly relaxing.  Waters have been generally calm

OUR DAYS GO SOMETHING LIKE THIS

Ken and Barbara wake up at around 7.00-8.00 a.m.  Leon and Pam as I believe about the same.  Pam and Leon have breakfast in their room.  Barbara and Ken head up to the pool deck and eat there.
Two members of the group then head off for their daily exercise. Gym, pool, deck speed walks.  Won't say which two.
The other two follow up on business issues, catch up on  up on emails, read their books, attend morning lectures, or just rest.

At around 12.00 p.m. we meet for drinks and lunch
Lunch either at the Pool Grill or Verandah Restaurant depending upon the weather or what the food selection might be.
After lunch it is back to the room or a pool lounge for a nap. Great range of movies to watch on the room TV

The way back to the room

At 6.00 p.m. we head out to one of the five bars on the ship for pre-dinner cocktails.  This has regularly been at Galileo's Lounge on Deck 10.

Here we catch up with a group made up of most of the Aussies on board.  SA (that's us), Victoria, NSW and Queensland are represented.  There are only15 Australians compared to 159 Americans.  The ships capacity is 490.

Around 7.00 p.m. we head off to dinner. There are 4 restaurants areas to choose from.  The quality of the food across the ship is outstanding with that served in the Compass Rose Restaurant particularly creative and delicious.

Each evening at 9.30 p.m. there is a show in the theatre some of which has been excellent.
Around 10.30 some of us are ready for bed.

Many battle on until the wee hours of the morning but not us.
